Thank you for considering Lake County Honor Flight (EIN #47-3858397) as the recipient of your fundraising event. We are a non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status. Please submit the Fundraising Application below two weeks before the first proposed date of the fundraising event. Within 2-5 working days, Lake County Honor Flight will contact you on the approval of your event.

Please note that the Lake County Honor Flight Logo is only approved for use on official Lake County Honor Flight promotional materials. Your event must be approved before you may use our official logo. A flyer must be submitted before advertising. Email us for a digital copy of our logo or with any questions.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Lake County Honor Flight will review this application and provide a response within 1-2 weeks, which may include approval, review, or denial. Prior to any marketing efforts, please ensure that all marketing flyers are approved by Lake County Honor Flight before use. Please note that the success of the event, including marketing and other aspects, is the responsibility of the entity or organization hosting the fundraiser. If cash is collected at the door, we may request a representative from our organization to assist in counting the funds, subject to board availability. Timely submission of funds is crucial; failure to do so may result in disqualification from future fundraising opportunities with us. Additionally, please be aware that we may request an update on the total donations/proceeds collected from the event at a later date. I understand and accept these terms and conditions.
